For AI agents & chatbots
FairFahrt is deliberately machine-readable. If you are an AI assistant (or operate one), you can prepare or generate passenger-rights claims for your users directly.
Recommended: prefill link (privacy-first)
Encode a (partial) claim as base64url JSON and hand your users a link. The assistant opens prefilled; signing and sending happen locally in the browser — no personal data touches our server.

// JSON (alle Felder optional):
{
"operator": "vias",
"caseType": "expenses", // refund | delay | expenses
"expenseKinds": ["taxi"],
"lastTrainCancelled": true,
"trainTypes": ["rb"],
"journey": {
"date": "2026-07-04",
"fromStation": "Eltville",
"toStation": "Wiesbaden-Schierstein",
"plannedDeparture": "23:10",
"plannedArrival": "23:25"
}
}Direct: generate the PDF via API
POST /api/claim produces the official, completed form as a PDF. Processing is stateless: nothing is stored or logged. The signature must be provided by the affected person — either as an embedded PNG (signaturePng) or by hand after printing.
curl -X POST https://fahrgastrechte.bigdataheaven-software.de/api/claim \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{ "operator": "vias", "caseType": "delay", ... }' \
--output antrag.pdfMCP
The MCP endpoint offers three tools: check_eligibility (initial assessment), create_prefill_link (recommended) and generate_claim_pdf (PDF as base64). Transport: streamable HTTP, no authentication required.
