Privacy policy

The most important part first

This service is built privacy-by-design: your passenger-rights claim is generated entirely in your browser. Personal data (name, address, date of birth), bank details (IBAN/BIC), your signature and uploaded proof (tickets, receipts) are never transmitted to our servers on the default path, are not stored there and are not seen by us.

Controller

Andreas Kulpa, bigdataHEAVEN.com, Anni-Eisler-Lehmann-Str. 3, 55122 Mainz, Germany, email: info(at)bigdataheaven.com.

Hosting / server logs

When you visit the website, our server (located in Germany) processes technically necessary data: IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent. These logs serve operation and security only (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Claim data (wizard)

All input in the claim assistant stays in your browser's memory and is stored neither in cookies nor in localStorage. The PDF is generated locally on your device. Clicking the email button opens your own email client; sending is done entirely by you.

API for AI assistants (optional path)

If you (or your AI assistant) use the optional /api/claim endpoint or the MCP endpoint, the submitted claim data is processed exclusively ephemerally in memory to generate the PDF and discarded immediately afterwards. There is no storage, no logging of claim content and no disclosure to third parties (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Cookies, tracking, third parties

This website sets no cookies, uses no trackers and embeds no third-party services (fonts, CDNs, analytics) that receive user data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we do not store your claim data, we generally hold no personal data about your claim.
